Do you sell natural or lab-grown diamonds?
Both. Natural diamonds, formed in the earth over millions of years, are our speciality. Lab-grown diamonds are available as a lower-cost option. You choose on every product page, and every stone is identified on your certificate and invoice.
Should I choose natural or lab-grown?
Natural diamonds are rare and hold their value far better. Lab-grown diamonds look the same and cost much less, but have very low resale value. See the full comparison.
Can I choose the metal, purity and carat?
Yes. Every product page lets you choose gold (14K, 18K or 22K, in yellow, white or rose), platinum or silver, plus the diamond type, quality and carat. The estimated price updates as you choose, and we confirm the final price in writing before you pay.
Can you make a design from a photo?
Yes. You dream it, we create it. Send us a photo of any piece you love and we will recreate or customise it for you.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
Yes. We source our diamonds ethically, and our invoices carry the Kimberley Process System of Warranties statement.
Do natural diamonds hold their value?
Natural diamonds hold their value far better than lab-grown diamonds. Resale value depends on the stone and its certificate, and our lifetime exchange policy lets you upgrade later.
Can you design a piece just for me?
Yes. Bespoke jewellery is at the heart of Elyra. We design your piece in 3D, show it to you for approval, then cast, set and polish it. See how your jewellery is made.
Certification & quality
Will my jewellery come with a certificate?
Single diamonds of 0.30 ct and above come with an independent IGI grading report. Every piece comes with an Elyra quality certificate listing diamond weight, colour, clarity and metal purity. See details.
Is your gold hallmarked?
Yes. All gold jewellery carries a BIS hallmark with a unique HUID code you can verify in the BIS CARE app.
Ordering & payment
How do I order?
Tap "Order on WhatsApp" on any product. We confirm availability, send a written quote with full specifications and a secure payment link, and dispatch once payment is received.
How can I pay?
UPI, debit/credit card or net banking through a secure payment link, or bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS). We never ask for your card details or OTP over chat or phone.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. The price shown is the final price including GST. You receive a GST invoice with every order.
Can I get a custom design?
Yes. Share a photo or idea in a consultation. Custom pieces need a 50% advance and take about 15–21 days.
Delivery
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, with free insured shipping to serviceable pin codes. Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched in 2–4 business days. Shipping policy.
Can I collect in Patna?
Yes. Studio collection is available by appointment.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment.
Returns, exchange & sizing
Can I return a piece?
Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with all documents. Custom, made-to-order, engraved or resized pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. Returns policy.
What if my ring doesn't fit?
We resize free of charge within 30 days of delivery, where the design allows. Not sure of your size? Ask us for a ring-size guide or sizer.
