How we value your piece
Every Elyra invoice lists the diamond value and the metal separately. That is what we use to value an exchange or buyback:

Lifetime exchange
- Available on any Elyra piece, for as long as you own it, against a new Elyra purchase.
- Your new piece should be of equal or higher value; you pay only the difference.
- You need the original invoice and, for certified diamonds, the original certificate.
Buyback
- Available on Elyra pieces bought from us, with the original invoice.
- Payment is made by bank transfer to the original buyer after inspection, within .
- We may need your PAN and KYC details for higher-value buybacks, as required by law.
Conditions
- Pieces are inspected by our quality team. Damage, missing stones or alterations by others may reduce the value.
- Exchange and buyback values are based on your invoice, not on current retail prices.
- Pieces bought from other jewellers are not covered.
