2. Products and descriptions
- Every diamond is identified as natural or laboratory-grown on its listing, quote, certificate and invoice.
- We describe every piece as accurately as possible. Metal weights are approximate and may vary slightly with size; your invoice states the exact weights.
- Colours on screens vary. Photos are representative. Ask us for a live video before you buy.
- Listings marked "Sample" are illustrations only and are not offers for sale.
3. Prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
- Prices shown by the product customiser are estimates based on current metal and diamond rates. Because these change daily, the price of every customised or made-to-order piece is confirmed in a written quote (on WhatsApp or by email) before you pay. The quoted price is final once payment is made.
- If a listed price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed when we have accepted it in writing and received payment (or the agreed advance for made-to-order pieces).
- Made-to-order and custom pieces need a advance; the balance is due before dispatch.
- We accept UPI, cards, net banking and bank transfer. We do not accept cash payments of ₹2,00,000 or more for a single transaction, as required by the Income-tax Act. We may ask for your PAN for higher-value purchases where the law requires it.
5. Delivery, returns and exchange
Delivery, returns, cancellations and exchange are covered by our shipping, returns and exchange & buyback policies, which form part of these terms.
6. Warranty
We repair manufacturing defects free of charge within the warranty period stated on your invoice. This does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss of stones caused by impact, or alterations by others.
7. Use of this website
- All content on this site, including photos, designs, text and logo, belongs to Shree Creations. Do not copy it without permission.
- Do not misuse the site, submit false information or attempt to disrupt it.
- Links to third-party sites (e.g. certificate labs, BIS, social media) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first. We aim to resolve every concern quickly. See grievance redressal. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Patna, Bihar have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
